About the Role

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver GIS and data solutions that exceed client expectations. Plan, design, implement, and maintain large, complex, multiyear GIS projects while organizing project data, analysis, and mapping in line with company protocols and industry best practices. Produce technical maps in ArcGIS, develop and publish online maps via ArcGIS Online and Enterprise, and build field data collection systems using Survey123, Field Maps, and Trimble GPS. Author and edit geoprocessing scripts with Python and ModelBuilder, and continuously improve workflows through automation. Manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced, client‑oriented environment. • Development of Python geoprocessing tools and use of Arcade queries • GNSS data collection with GPS Pathfinder Office, Pix4D, and DroneDeploy

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline and have at least one year of GIS or environmental consulting experience. Proficiency with Esri’s ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Server is required, and familiarity with AutoCAD Map or Civil 3D is a plus. A strong understanding of geodatabase management—including domains, subtypes, and feature class operations—as well as skill with geoprocessing tools, symbology, labeling, and definition queries is essential. Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to present maps professionally are also needed. Applicants should be self‑motivated, curious, adaptable, and able to work well in team environments to deliver quality projects on time and within budget. Preferred candidates possess advanced experience managing complex geospatial and tabular data projects, creating Python geoprocessing tools, and using Arcade for queries. Experience with GNSS data collection and processing tools such as GPS Pathfinder Office, Pix4D, and DroneDeploy, as well as supporting Esri mobile applications like Collector, Survey123, and Dashboards, is advantageous. Programming knowledge in Python, Oracle, or SQL for automation and custom tool development is also valued.
