About the Role
The Scheduler will develop and maintain CPM schedules, build resource‑ and cost‑loaded Primavera P6 schedules, integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, and link WBS to CBS for accurate forecasting and cash‑flow alignment. They will also produce earned value metrics, schedule KPIs, and cash‑flow reports, conduct critical path analysis and what‑if scenarios, identify schedule risks, recommend mitigation strategies, support look‑ahead planning, and ensure schedule documentation complies with contract and company standards. • Develop and maintain critical path method (CPM) schedules using Primavera P6. • Build resource‑ and cost‑loaded schedules and link WBS to CBS for financial alignment. • Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning inputs into schedules. • Produce earned value metrics, schedule KPIs, and cash‑flow reports for executive reporting. • Conduct critical path analysis, what‑if scenarios, productivity tracking, and time‑impact assessments. • Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies. • Support look‑ahead planning, short‑interval schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure schedule documentation complies with contract and company standards. • Collaborate effectively with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 4‑10 years of scheduling experience in the EPC industry, preferably with data center or commercial infrastructure projects, and demonstrate advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost and resource loading. Experience with large‑scale sitework, long‑lead equipment schedules, and tools such as Deltek Acumen Fuse is desired, along with strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Possess 4‑10 years of EPC scheduling experience, preferably in data centers or commercial infrastructure. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, including cost and resource loading. • Experience managing large‑scale sitework and long‑lead equipment schedules. • Familiarity with Deltek Acumen Fuse or similar schedule risk analysis tools. • Exhibit strong communication and influencing skills across multiple departments. • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
