About the Role
The Maintenance Division Supervisor is directly responsible for overseeing the assignment and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure a productive workforce that supports divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC), and corporate goals while complying with all policies and regulations. The role works closely with schedulers and planners to plan and execute work and provides recommendations on training, procedures, and safety. The supervisor also serves as a member of the Emergency Plan team. • Supervise and coordinate craft personnel to safely execute maintenance tasks per CEC procedures and NRC regulations. • Provide coaching, mentoring, performance management, and initiate disciplinary actions as needed. • Communicate significant CEC and personnel issues to management and facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Participate in work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outages, load reductions, and refuel activities. • Administer maintenance processes including training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and corrective actions. • Oversee vendor inspections and repairs, ensuring proper procurement and use of materials and equipment. • Contribute to departmental management by supporting corporate and divisional goals and monitoring performance. • Perform additional duties such as emergency response, call‑outs, and outage support as directed. • Maintain required access qualifications and pass required medical examinations.

What You Bring
• Meet minimum education/experience: high school + 6 yrs, associate + 4 yrs, or bachelor + 2 yrs in a technical field. • Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs; proficient in electronic work management system, Microsoft Word and Excel. • Possess at least 3 years experience in nuclear power plant operations.
