About the Role
In this senior‑level role you will design and set up the repair facility, develop logistics and warehouse SOPs, and ensure 100 % property accountability in compliance with Army regulations. You will oversee all warehouse functions—including receipt, inventory, storage, issue, repair, refurbishment, shipment and disposition of TENCAP equipment—manage maintenance and parts sourcing, supervise a team of logisticians and technicians, and coordinate with Army stakeholders, rotational units and external vendors to meet rapid fielding requirements while conducting regular inventories and audits. • Lead creation of a depot‑level repair station, including facility setup and workflow design. • Develop and enforce logistics, warehouse, and depot SOPs to ensure 100 % property accountability and compliance with AR 710‑4, DPAS/GCSS‑A. • Oversee receipt, inventory, storage, issue, repair, refurbishment, shipment, and disposition of TENCAP equipment. • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, parts sourcing, and configuration control for ISR assets. • Supervise and mentor logisticians and technicians, establishing training, safety protocols, and performance metrics. • Coordinate with Army stakeholders, rotational units, and external vendors for rapid fielding and asset visibility. • Conduct monthly/annual inventories, audits, and reporting in accountable property systems. • Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and ISO, safety, and security compliance under tight timelines.

What You Bring
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Logistics Depot Manager to support the US Army TENCAP IDIQ Contract. This immediate‑need, fully funded position requires a hard‑charging self‑starter who can build policies, procedures, and operations from the ground up and lead the establishment of a depot‑level repair station. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience) and brings 15 + years of progressive Army or military logistics, warehouse management, and depot/repair experience. Deep knowledge of Army property accountability regulations (AR 710‑4, DPAS, GCSS‑A), hands‑on material handling skills, the ability to lift 50 lb, and outstanding leadership and problem‑solving abilities are essential, as is an active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred). Additional preferred qualifications include prior experience with TENCAP, PEO IEW&S, or similar Army intelligence programs, certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or property management, and familiarity with maintenance management systems like MAXIMO or COLT. This position is part of Parsons’ Federal Solutions team, which delivers critical defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental services to U.S. government customers worldwide. • Require Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field (or equivalent experience) and 15 + years of Army/military logistics and depot operations. • Proven experience standing up new facilities or repair capabilities and deep knowledge of Army property accountability regulations. • Hands‑on experience with material handling equipment and ability to lift 50 lb. • Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred); additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP valued.
