Benefits

Our two‑year Graduate Development Program offers a smooth start to a consulting career, pairing graduates with peers, managers and mentors to help them navigate challenges and discover the role that best matches their passion, whether it’s engineering, science, project management, architecture or another specialty. To apply you need a CV, a cover letter showcasing where you’d like to grow, and a transcript; the selection process includes screening, a recorded video interview, a face‑to‑face or virtual team interview, psychometric assessments, and finally an offer discussion covering salary, start date and background checks. GHD is committed to inclusive hiring and will provide reasonable adjustments for neurodiverse candidates or those with disabilities who need support during any stage of the process. Most full‑time graduate roles start in February 2026, with some teams offering earlier start dates in mid‑2025, and there are also casual opportunities throughout the final year of study to give you a head start. Community impact drives our work: the GHD in the Community program partners with not‑for‑profit organisations on pro‑bono projects, volunteering and fundraising, while the GHD Foundation channels profits into STEAM education for disadvantaged children. • Two‑year Graduate Development Program with mentorship and rotational exposure to consulting specialties. • First year focuses on consulting fundamentals; second year offers tailored technical or mentorship development. • Inclusive hiring process with accommodations for neurodiverse candidates and those with disabilities. • Full‑time start dates primarily February 2026, some roles begin mid‑2025; casual roles available during final study year.
