About the Role

Looking to build your career and design your future? Interior Logic Group offers a CNC Programmer position where you will manage and operate CNC equipment while ensuring all machines are maintained and serviced according to established protocols. In this role you will maintain inventory levels, prepare and organize job files and OSHA records, keep projects within bid estimates, coordinate with the production manager, and oversee proper off‑loading of incoming materials while supervising quality‑control inspections performed by subordinates. • Ensure CNC equipment is maintained and serviced per protocols • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and protect materials from loss or damage • Prepare, organize, and maintain job files and OSHA records • Keep jobs within projected bids to avoid cost overruns • Coordinate daily activities with the production manager • Oversee proper off‑loading of incoming materials according to safety policies • Direct subordinates to perform ongoing quality‑control inspections • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve problems and conflicts

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED (a technical degree is preferred), a minimum of two years of related experience, and working knowledge of fabrication techniques, CAD/CAM, and common office software; bilingual ability and strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills are also valued. The work environment includes exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and moving mechanical parts, requiring the use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety policies. • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred • Minimum two years of related experience or equivalent education/training • Working knowledge of fabrication techniques and CAD/CAM • Proficiency with internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet, and word‑processing software • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required • Thorough knowledge of company products used for installations • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with builders, vendors, and coworkers • Demonstrate sound judgment and timely decision‑making • Strong organizational skills and effective tracking systems
