About the Role
The Project Administrator is responsible for project administration activities, including maintaining project documentation, completing project set‑up, and handling financial and administrative close‑out requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining project plans, meeting minutes, contracts, and bid packages; monitoring progress and timelines while preparing status reports; managing vendor qualifications, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation; preparing cost, KPI, and risk reports for Project Managers; and executing project close‑out by gathering sign‑offs, filing documents, and verifying final payments.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a community‑college diploma and have 1–3 years of project administration or administrative experience.
