About the Role
• Maintain professional and productive relations and communication with internal customers. • Follow standard procedures and integrate new procedures into daily routine. • Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements as defined by managers. • Resolve problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency. • Return or resolve quality control issues in problem queues. • Generate reports and create MIS for the role as advised.

What You Bring
