About the Role
The associate is responsible for performing all tasks involved in producing products such as stretch cord, metal, wood, and packaging. This includes repetitive work on an assembly or sub‑assembly line to produce and assemble items. The role emphasizes maintaining high production numbers while ensuring product quality. The associate operates machinery, keeps the work area organized, follows job specifications, adheres to safety policies, and carries out other assigned duties. • Maintain high production numbers to meet daily targets • Produce quality products and report concerns to Lead Production Associate • Operate at least one machine and report issues to supervisor • Keep work area organized and adhere to 5S standards • Follow job specifications and work orders • Comply with all workplace safety policies and regulations • Follow prescribed processes and seek supervisor guidance for non‑routine tasks • Perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds

What You Bring
The position is based in a comfortable indoor area with minimal unpleasant conditions. It requires intermittent physical exertion such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment up to 50 pounds. No travel is required. A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, and candidates should have 0‑2 years of relevant experience. The role is suitable for entry‑level candidates looking to develop manufacturing skills. Experience with machines and tools, including design, repair, and maintenance, is valued.
