About the Role
• Conduct observation, testing, and sampling of soils, aggregates, and concrete on construction sites. • Perform routine field and laboratory tests using industry‑standard methods and equipment. • Calculate and reduce data, assist with drafting and administrative duties as needed. • Maintain daily communication with contractors, technicians, and project managers; report site conditions and equipment issues. • Attend project meetings and assist with organization and maintenance of field equipment.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED; no prior experience required. • Ability to lift at least 85 lb and hold a valid driver’s license with insurance. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Willingness to learn heavy‑construction safety, CMT principles, ASTM standards, and obtain certifications (e.g., OSHA 10). • Ability to work effectively with contractors, peers, and supervisors.
