What You Bring
As a Home Ownership Specialist you will deliver a compliant, customer‑focused service to homeowners and leaseholders, managing a range of ownership processes to ensure smooth and efficient experiences. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations are essential, as is collaboration with internal colleagues and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a background in housing or property management, GCSE Maths and English (grade C or equivalent), and is proficient with MS Office. The fixed‑term position requires experience in leasehold management, including Section 20 consultations and related legislation, while the permanent role demands a deep knowledge of leasehold legislation. • Hold housing or property management experience with GCSE Maths and English (grade C) and MS Office proficiency • Fixed‑term role: experience in leasehold management, Section 20 consultations and relevant legislation • Permanent role: strong expertise in leasehold management and legislation

Benefits
The role is based in Broadland Business Park, Norwich and offers a hybrid working model. Salary ranges from £32,022 to £37,104 per annum for a 36‑hour week. Two positions are advertised – a fixed‑term contract until 25 January 2027 and a permanent role. • Work hybrid in Norwich office: 4 days/week during training, then 2 days/week • Salary £32,022‑£37,104 per annum; full‑time 36 hrs/week
