About the Role
As a Logistics Engineering Assistant Manager/Manager, you will support the Supply Chain Business Unit by implementing projects, deployment tools, and processes to standardize and simplify logistics operations. • Lead lean projects and conduct Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement areas. • Monitor productivity, collaborate with warehouse to close gaps, and introduce SMART features. • Establish standard processes and best practices across entities and maintain updated documentation with clear operational targets. • Plan tactical and structural actions to meet future space and throughput capacity needs. • Deploy logistics processes aligned with Schneider Performance System requirements. • Identify and implement new technologies, leading cybersecurity initiatives to ensure global compliance. • Research automation opportunities, calculate ROI, and manage the overall improvement plan aligned with top‑down direction. • Serve as ergonomics reference to enhance wellbeing and working conditions. • Coordinate project allocation, prioritize tasks, and develop team talent to anticipate turnover.

What You Bring
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. • At least 10 years of practical supply chain experience in logistics and manufacturing. • Prior experience as a Method manager (preferred). • Strong understanding of supply chain and lean manufacturing principles. • Knowledge of financial indicators. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
