About the Role

The technician supports maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC systems, and telecommunications site infrastructure, interpreting customer plans and preparing AutoCAD field sketches. Responsibilities include reading structural and architectural drawings, conducting due‑diligence for projects, reviewing peer work, and performing other assigned duties with minimal supervision. • Read and understand customer detail plans. • Maintain a labor‑intensive attitude. • Deliver superior customer service while completing tasks safely, efficiently, and accurately. • Follow all company and industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA). • Produce field sketch drawings using AutoCAD. • Interpret structural and architectural drawings for telecom, commercial, residential, and light‑industrial projects. • Perform due‑diligence checks before fieldwork. • Review peer work products. • Prioritize safety daily. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach. • Operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platforms. • Update equipment records and installation specs to reflect “as‑built” conditions.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates prioritize safety, have at least two years of construction experience (cell‑tower experience preferred), and possess a high school diploma or GED with a technical degree favored. They must be 21 or older, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be able to operate aerial lifts and related equipment, lead crews when needed, and meet physical demands such as lifting 50 lb and working up to 12 hour shifts, including weekends, nights, and extensive travel. • Consistently produce high‑quality workmanship. • Enjoy hands‑on teamwork in challenging environments. • Minimum 2 + years construction experience; cell‑tower experience preferred. • Strong communication, interpersonal, self‑starter, team‑player, results‑oriented traits. • At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred. • Experience with AT&T or Verizon Wireless networks. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Lead crews when foreman is absent; possess DC/AC electrical skills. • Work safely on ladders with manual dexterity. • Adapt to changing environments. • Lift up to 50 lb and work up to 12 hours per shift. • Available for weekends, nights, extreme weather, extensive travel, and off‑site assignments.
