About the Role
Mortenson is currently seeking an Operator who will be responsible for operating equipment as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures. The role includes operating a variety of heavy equipment and performing related duties. • Operate various equipment (blade, dozer, loader, scraper, forklift/telehandler, crane, bobcat/skid‑steer, aerial lifts, roller, backhoe, track crane). • Follow safety regulations, maintain housekeeping, and adhere to work plans and pre‑task cards. • Perform routine maintenance, monitor equipment operation, and identify malfunctions. • Build relationships with personnel at all organizational levels.
