About the Role
Each day you will work at one of our recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers nationwide, operating equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders. Your role is essential to our operations and will be recognized for its impact on safety and efficiency. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders in line with safety policies • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance, maintaining accurate records • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance • Work independently, uphold safety guidelines, communicate effectively, and solve problems

What You Bring
Success in this position requires strict adherence to safety policies, routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and accurate record‑keeping. Operators also move and position raw materials and finished components, follow standard operating procedures, and perform additional duties as assigned. Candidates must have at least one year of heavy‑equipment operating experience, be 18 years or older, and be legally eligible to work in the United States. Completion of a pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination is required. We look for individuals who thrive working independently, take accountability for safety, communicate effectively, and solve problems on their own.
