About the Role
The Lead Concierge position, reporting to the Business Office Manager, is a full‑time, non‑exempt role with an hourly wage of $24‑$25. This leader oversees the Concierge Team, creates a positive first impression for visitors, and supports sales and marketing through community information and clerical assistance across departments. Key duties include scheduling front‑desk coverage, assigning and tracking daily tasks, and assisting senior leadership with special projects. The role also manages office supplies and equipment, handles incoming calls and mail, maintains emergency contact logs, monitors security systems, and supports billing, credit‑card reconciliation, and HR clerical functions. Participation in training and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations are essential. • Schedule Concierge Team members for front‑desk coverage • Assign and ensure completion of daily tasks • Assist Business Operations Director and Executive Director with special projects • Maintain office supplies and equipment • Answer and screen all incoming calls professionally • Receive and process community mail • Update emergency phone numbers and resident emergency face sheets • Monitor security alarms, emergency call system, and front‑door security • Reconcile credit‑card receipts for senior staff • Support billing functions and resident billing inquiries • Perform HR clerical duties: schedule interviews, verify references, process pre‑hire packets, order badges/uniforms • Participate in all scheduled in‑service training • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

What You Bring
Candidates should preferably hold a high school diploma, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have experience working with senior populations.
