About the Role

The Senior Associate manages projects from proposal through delivery, overseeing budgets, scopes, schedules, fieldwork, data analysis, and report preparation while conducting QA/QC reviews of deliverables. Safety is a priority, ensuring proper PPE use and compliance with safety policies, and the role also handles monthly invoicing and collection support. • Manage building enclosure projects from proposal to delivery, including budgets, scopes, and schedules. • Lead investigations, testing, assessments, commissioning, and repair design efforts. • Oversee fieldwork, data analysis, report preparation, and conduct QA/QC reviews. • Ensure a safe workplace with proper PPE use and compliance with safety policies. • Prepare monthly project invoices and support collections. • Maintain and grow client relationships; assist in marketing and business development activities. • Prepare technical proposals, scopes, and budgets. • Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff; provide feedback and performance input. • Promote ECS standards, procedures, and a safety‑first culture.

What You Bring

Qualified candidates hold a BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering, possess at least six years of relevant professional experience, and preferably hold licensure such as Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) or certifications from IIBEC (e.g., RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, BECxP, CxA+BE). • BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred. • Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience. • Preferred licensure/certification: PE, RA, or IIBEC certifications (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, BECxP, CxA+BE).
