About the Role

The Mechanic position is a hands‑on role that focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of a diverse fleet. Technicians work on aerial work platforms, construction tools, power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil‑and‑gas equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and safe operation. The role supports both standard locations and specialty‑line sites with large‑scale equipment. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime • Service a diverse fleet including aerial work platforms, construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil/gas equipment • Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and have 3–5 years of experience maintaining diesel or heavy equipment. Required skills include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting ability, flexibility in a fast‑paced environment, and the option to supply personal mechanic tools. Bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be needed based on location. • High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired • 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas) strongly preferred • May need to provide own mechanic tools • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location

Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $21.38 to $29.39, adjusted for position, location, education, and experience.
