About the Role
Key responsibilities include applying electrical design fundamentals to new cost‑out projects, supporting product process, testing and validation, preparing technical compliance agreements, redesigning solutions to meet customer specifications, and leading VAVE initiatives with rapid execution. • Apply electrical design basics to identify cost‑out opportunities. • Prepare technical compliance agreements with suppliers or customers. • Redesign or modify designs to meet specific customer requirements. • Identify and drive VAVE projects for faster, smoother execution.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and has hands‑on experience with wires, connectors, automotive, EV/HEV battery systems, UPS and related components, as well as supplier qualification for technical aspects. A solid understanding of material concepts, part applications, relevant tools, and IEC/UL standards for electrical products is required. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. • Experience with electrical components, wiring, connectors, automotive, EV/HEV battery systems, UPS, and related products. • Familiarity with supplier qualification processes for technical aspects. • Experience in product process, testing, and validation activities. • Knowledge of IEC/UL standards for various electrical products.
