About the Role
The Regional Account Manager (RAM) provides sales leadership for a designated number of strategic accounts. The RAM partners with key customer management and stakeholders to identify, plan, and execute growth strategies for facilities services initiatives, including mechanical, electrical, lighting, eMobility, the ABM Enhanced Facility Program, engineering, and parking management. The role also involves cross‑selling other facility services, ensuring program quality, and implementing contract terms. Financial performance responsibilities include managing P&L, accounts receivable, work orders, and problem resolution, while also delivering dynamic client presentations and updates. • Lead sales efforts for strategic accounts. • Collaborate with customers to develop and execute growth strategies across mechanical, electrical, lighting, eMobility, and parking services. • Cross‑sell facility services and ensure ABM program quality and contract compliance. • Manage financial performance, including P&L, accounts receivable, work orders, and issue resolution. • Deliver dynamic client presentations and updates.
