About the Role
The role manages day-to-day construction activities, supervising craft employees and subcontractors while coordinating field schedules with the overall project timeline. It is accountable for safety, production goals, quality control, and cost management across multiple crews and scopes of work. • Supervise craft employees and subcontractors, scheduling field activities per the project schedule. • Ensure safety, production, quality, and cost control; enforce a strong safety culture and safety plan. • Review shop drawings, design conflicts, and RFIs; manage quality control and subcontractor coordination. • Select equipment, construction methods, and sequence operations. • Conduct subcontractor meetings and implement LEAN planning. • Perform daily risk management analysis and document mitigation actions. • Manage environmental control processes and take corrective action as needed. • Enforce the project management plan and oversee project controls, costs, and change management. • Recruit, develop, and lead craft field teams, providing training and performance feedback. • Coordinate manpower, equipment, material, and subcontractor activities to align with the schedule and material management plan. • Participate in business development and pre‑construction activities. • Maintain detailed schedules, manage sequencing, and communicate changes to the project team. • Review and code time sheets, quantity reports, and daily costs; submit daily reports per the Sundt Management System. • Utilize reports to manage project scope and contribute to monthly progress reporting. • Perform frequent reaching, lifting, carrying, and handling of objects. • Occasionally climb stairs, ladders, and stoop, kneel, or bend. • Use telephone, computer, and email for limited communication. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures.

What You Bring
The position is structured into three progressive steps. Step I serves as entry level for candidates who can manage one to two crews or foremen; Step II is for those with more experience who can oversee multiple foremen, crews, or larger projects; and the Senior step is for seasoned professionals capable of directing multiple foremen, field superintendents, and complex projects. • Minimum two years supervisory experience in construction with knowledge of methods, equipment, and tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to understand construction scheduling and cost control and supervise employees and subcontractors. • Wear required personal protective equipment (steel‑toed shoes, hard hat, etc.).
