About the Role

The Driver – CDL (B) is tasked with safely operating a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The role requires adherence to all company, state, and federal regulations, daily vehicle condition reporting, and ensuring the vehicle complies with safety standards before each operation. • Perform pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues. • Safely operate the collection truck along assigned routes, read route sheets, and load/compact waste. • Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service. • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers per departmental procedures. • Monitor waste for unacceptable material and clean accidental spills according to safety standards. • Clean waste from the packer blade and truck body on each disposal trip. • Complete required route/productivity sheets, vehicle condition reports, and other documentation. • Maintain productivity standards and adhere to all safety policies. • Participate actively in the Company’s ReSOP program.

What You Bring
