About the Role
The Quality Assurance Analyst II (temporary, 12‑month) will work in the Collections department to ensure quality and compliance of collections processes. The role involves conducting audits, tracking defects, collaborating with collections leaders, and providing data analysis to support continuous improvement of QA methodologies. • Conduct internal audits to verify collections processes meet regulatory standards. • Document and track defects identified during audits. • Lead calibration meetings with collections leaders to align quality standards. • Provide data analysis and generate compliance reports on audit findings. • Contribute to the improvement of QA methodologies and stay updated on industry best practices.

What You Bring
The position requires 2–3 years of QA experience, preferably in collections or financial services, a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Fluency in business English is required and relevant QA or collections certifications are preferred. • Require 2–3 years QA experience in collections or financial services. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related discipline. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; fluent in business English. • Preferred certifications in quality assurance or collections.
