About the Role
The expert will serve as a Master Resilience Trainer, delivering holistic strength‑conditioning instruction, managing training intake, tailoring and distributing course materials, and facilitating training events. They will grade student work, record results, and assess impact through surveys, producing after‑action reviews within five workdays and quarterly analysis reports. Additionally, they will observe instructors, provide feedback, maintain training records, and complete required instructor certifications. • Instruct individuals in holistic strength, conditioning, and resilience as Master Resilience Trainer. • Conduct training intake, develop tailored plans, and prepare/distribute course materials. • Facilitate training events, grade student work, and record grades in required databases. • Assess training impact via surveys, produce After‑Action Reviews within five workdays, and compile quarterly analysis reports. • Observe instructors, provide feedback, maintain training records, and complete instructor certifications. • Deliver instruction focused on resilience, performance enhancement, and alignment with unit missions. • Teach concepts for building professional climates, communication, counseling, critical thinking, and adversity recovery. • Provide tailored educational programs and workshops to support personal, professional, and family goals.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a focus on sport or performance psychology. Teaching or coaching experience—preferably with military or DoD audiences—and thorough knowledge of Army structure, missions, procedures, regulations, and policies are required. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications or memberships such as the Association for Applied Sports Psychology, Certified Mental Performance Consultant, or American Board of Sport Psychology, or the ability to obtain such credentials within one year of hire. • Minimum Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Coaching, or Kinesiology with sport/performance emphasis. • Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military or DoD personnel. • Thorough knowledge of Army structure, missions, procedures, regulations, and policies. • Preferred certifications or memberships such as AASP, CMPC, or ABSP, or ability to obtain within one year.
