About the Role
Technicians work in a team‑oriented, safety‑conscious environment and must follow company safety guidelines such as the PJHA and observation processes. Daily duties include housekeeping and janitorial tasks to keep offices, restrooms, and public areas clean, removing trash, and performing floor care such as stripping, waxing, burnishing, carpet cleaning, and tile scrubbing. The role also involves using hand tools and cleaning machinery, assisting with minor facility repairs, and maintaining personal tools and equipment. • Perform cleaning duties: offices, restrooms, public areas, trash removal, floor stripping, waxing, burnishing, carpet and tile cleaning. • Use hand tools, floor sweepers, brooms; assist with minor facility repairs; follow safety procedures (PJHA, observations). • Maintain tools, complete time tracking and work orders, ensure good attendance, and uphold positive customer relations.
