About the Role
The Senior Consultant Project Manager – Turnaround Support will lead a large‑scale natural resources program, overseeing all phases from inception through commissioning. The role provides turnaround support, pre‑construction planning, construction management, and project close‑out, while ensuring compliance with SOX controls where applicable. Key responsibilities include developing work packages, supporting the Q225 turnaround, creating master schedules, establishing budgets, coordinating design and constructability reviews, managing contractors, enforcing quality and EHS standards, leading procurement, tracking finances and documentation, and driving the close‑out process to final accounting. • Develop and manage work packages for the responsible unit. • Assist the turnaround project team in planning and executing the Q225 turnaround. • Provide guidance using three decades of experience at Burkville facility. • Support start‑up operations and other duties as agreed with site leadership. • Create the Master Project Schedule with GC/AE based on critical path and milestones. • Help establish project budget, including soft and hard costs, and support contract negotiations. • Coordinate design team activities and ensure compliance with municipal and AHJ requirements. • Conduct constructability reviews, cost estimating, and value engineering. • Manage GC and subcontractors, enforce quality control and client EHS policies. • Lead procurement and coordinate owner‑furnished and contractor‑installed equipment. • Track project financials, change orders, cash flow, and provide regular reporting. • Monitor schedule performance, maintain document control, and manage QA/QC processes. • Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoices, lien releases, and vendor coordination. • Initiate close‑out process early, establish documentation requirements, and collect warranties, as‑builts, O&M manuals. • Manage punch list, substantial and final completion, resolve outstanding change orders and disputes. • Process final invoices, retention payments, and submit final project accounting and budget.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least eight years of construction experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing settings, and be proficient in formal project management methodologies. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment, and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality programs are essential. An MBA or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and PMP or similar certification are preferred. • 8+ years of construction experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing. • Proven use of formal project management methodologies and cross‑functional teamwork. • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication, detail‑oriented, able to multitask in fast‑paced environments. • Ability to present to senior management and obtain approvals. • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification preferred.

Benefits
