About the Role
To thrive as a Sales Operations Specialist with Behr, you will serve as a point of contact for external customers and sales team members regarding the operations and logistics of sales‑related programs and initiatives. The role is responsible for company master data accuracy and compliance and provides ongoing support to the sales team on systems and technology utilized. Behr participates in the E‑Verify program, which electronically verifies the employment eligibility of newly hired employees in the United States. • Administer and coordinate sales onboarding for new hires and manage status changes. • Develop and implement new customer and material master data per contractual or business requirements. • Manage, track, administer, and reconcile customer merchandise orders to ensure on‑time delivery. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to launch sales initiatives and align organization‑wide goals. • Govern, create, maintain, and audit SAP and CRM customer and financial master data for accuracy and SOX compliance. • Oversee product content management across internal, external, and customer systems, ensuring quality. • Troubleshoot issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and deliver solution‑based actions. • Coordinate sales team training meetings, facility tours, presentation materials, and conference calls. • Provide ad hoc reporting to sales management. • Develop standard operating procedures.

The hiring range is $24.85‑$38.94 USD, with actual compensation varying based on experience, education, geographic location, and skills.
