About the Role

The Senior Event Specialist will support ServiceTitan’s annual user conferences and provide project‑management assistance to the events team. Reporting to the Events Manager, the role involves planning, logistics, and cross‑functional coordination, and remote candidates are welcome. • Manage internal stakeholders and external vendors for annual user conferences, setting and tracking timelines. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Product, Creative, Sales, Business Development, Operations) to achieve event goals. • Oversee the event registration system, including website development and access portal creation. • Generate actionable reports on registration, leads, campaign tracking, and event calendars. • Process vendor contracts and invoices accurately and on schedule. • Manage room block allocations with venues and attendees. • Administer event software platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, and Cvent. • Support the Events department with expense and budget tracking and assorted project tasks.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of event and project management experience. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Strategic thinker with quick problem‑solving and creative idea generation. • Tech‑savvy, goal‑driven attitude and proficiency with event software (e.g., Cvent, Airtable). • Meticulous attention to detail and disciplined project management approach. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment and handle physical event setup tasks.

Compensation includes a salary range of $85,700‑$114,600 in the United States, plus annual bonus, equity and a comprehensive benefits suite.
