This hybrid role involves regular weekly travel to customer sites across the UK to support programme delivery and client engagement. In this position you will support the delivery of Energy Performance Contracting solutions that enable customers to exceed their sustainability and decarbonisation objectives. Working closely with Business Development, Delivery, and Measurement & Verification teams, you will design and validate technical solutions that deliver guaranteed carbon, energy, and cost savings. You will collaborate directly with customers to understand their requirements and ensure proposed measures are practical and achievable, while reporting to the Operations Manager and contributing to successful programme outcomes through strong technical oversight and clear communication. • Maintain close working relationship with the Operations Manager to review and improve programme performance. • Monitor and report technical deviations affecting guaranteed savings. • Conduct on‑site technical and quality audits to ensure installations meet design intent. • Perform technical surveys and produce clear proposals and reports for clients and stakeholders. • Develop and manage technical solutions that achieve guaranteed energy, carbon, and financial savings. • Apply Measurement & Verification and IPMVP principles. • Produce high‑level appraisals and investment‑grade proposals. • Manage stakeholders at all levels effectively.

What You Bring

• Own technical elements across large‑scale energy performance programmes. • Understand key energy conservation measures such as Solar PV, ASHPs, LED upgrades, and BMS optimisation. • Communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical audiences, both written and verbal.
