About the Role
The Oracle Fusion HCM – Data Management Techno‑functional Consultant will design, develop and support data‑management activities for HR technologies within Schneider Electric, playing a key role in the organisation’s digitisation initiatives. The project spans multiple countries and time zones, and the consultant may be required to work in various shifts, including US time zones, to support the global delivery model. • Conduct data loads using HDL/HSDL tools for projects, CHRs, and support tickets. • Create and modify queries and reports with BI Publisher and OTBI. • Resolve technical and configuration issues and act as L3 support for complex tickets. • Perform data cleanup activities and write Fast Formulas and EL expressions for campaigns and key projects. • Contribute to development, testing, upgrades, deployments, and implementation efforts. • Participate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert and provide status updates. • Support GDPR, data privacy, and data audit processes, and document solutions with process flow diagrams. • Train peers and business users through change‑management initiatives. • Assist with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DRP) processes.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a B.Sc in Computer Science, an engineering degree, an MCA, or an MBA/PGDBM and possess an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification (Global HR specialist or implementor level). The role requires at least five years of experience as a Fusion HCM data‑management consultant, strong expertise with HCM Data Loader/HCM Spreadsheet Loader, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL (minimum three years), and the ability to write Fast Formulas and EL expressions. Experience with two or more Fusion HCM implementations, especially data migration, familiarity with API management, security concepts, and functional knowledge across Global HR, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Absence and Benefits modules are essential. The candidate must have worked in an Agile environment for at least two years, demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, and thrive in a highly matrixed global MNC setting.
