About the Role
The Facility Management role provides general overall FM services, including continuous monitoring of facilities. You will work with property managers on routine operations such as procurement of supplies, escorting vendors, vehicle and equipment logistics, and other general duties as requested. Daily responsibilities include assisting the Facility Management team with tactical planning, supporting project management with facility‑specific tasks, managing small facility management assignments, coordinating special events, handling meeting and conference‑room reservations, and scheduling maintenance activities. • Deliver overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of offices and facilities. • Collaborate with property managers on routine operations, procurement, vendor escorting, and equipment logistics. • Support the Facility Management team with tactical planning and goal execution. • Assist project management with facility-specific tasks and coordinate special events. • Manage conference room reservations, meeting support, and schedule maintenance activities. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring
The position requires at least 2 + years of experience in facility or property administration and a GED or high‑school diploma. Candidates must deliver superior customer service, be proficient in Excel and MS Office, and be able to customize administrative reports. Preferred qualifications include the ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, multitask without direct supervision, and possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative style are also valued.
