About the Role
The role provides strategic leadership across two to three teams or high‑impact initiatives, guiding innovative technology solutions from concept through execution to meet complex, enterprise‑level business needs. • Define and implement data strategy and governance across Sales, Customer Experience, Brand & Marketing, and Pricing functions. • Lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, analysts, and support staff to deliver data pipelines, warehouses, lakes, dashboards, reports, and AI‑driven analytical models. • Drive innovation and best practices in data engineering, AI/analytics, and data management while ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and compliance. • Manage team budget, resource planning, and supplier relationships; provide coaching, mentoring, and foster a learning culture.

WM Digital is seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Manager, Customer Data & Analytics to shape and scale data engineering, data management, and product support capabilities that power our Customer businesses. This leader will partner closely with stakeholders to transform data into trusted insights, accelerate decision‑making, and deliver meaningful customer impact at enterprise scale. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, Business Administration or equivalent experience; 8+ years of relevant experience. • Preferred: Project Management certification, ITIL, Certified Software Test Engineer, experience with AI tools and technologies. • Technical skills: SQL, Snowflake, AWS or Azure, data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, data visualization, and familiarity with GenAI/Agentic AI. • Physical demands: repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, sitting, talking, hearing; office setting with standard equipment.
