About the Role
In this role you will assemble clutch components, sub‑assemblies, and full assemblies by interpreting specification sheets, drawings, and work instructions. You will be cross‑trained to operate multiple assembly stations, including work near fully automated and collaborative‑robot (Co‑Bot) cells, and you will adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies while meeting established production standards. • Assemble clutch components and assemblies per specifications • Operate multiple assembly stations, including automated and Co‑Bot cells • Follow safety, quality, and company policies while meeting production standards • Perform lean activities such as 5S, value‑stream mapping, standardized work, TPM, and rapid improvement events • Conduct minor and preventative maintenance on assigned workstations • Maintain housekeeping and support 5S efforts in the department

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of the facility, unless they are active‑duty military personnel. Physical demands include regularly lifting up to 35 lb (periodically up to 50 lb), standing for up to nine hours with scheduled breaks, and the ability to twist, bend, squat, and stoop.
