About the Role

The Project Quality Engineer develops and maintains quality systems, rules, and processes to satisfy both internal standards and external customer and regulatory requirements, ensuring projects and products meet specified standards proactively. In this role you will oversee quality across engineering, procurement, construction, tendering, and project execution phases, guaranteeing contractual and regulatory compliance while driving customer satisfaction and profitability. • Oversee engineering, procurement, construction tendering and project execution phases. • Verify contractual and regulatory requirements are met, maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability. • Establish and execute project quality plan, witness points, and quality records for contract compliance. • Incorporate customer quality requirements and lessons learned into tender proposals to avoid deviation and continuously improve processes. • Advise functional managers on projects, processes, and procedures. • Communicate with colleagues and business regarding design and coordination services.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a relevant engineering degree and possess extensive quality‑engineering experience in electro‑mechanical assembly. They must demonstrate leadership and influencing skills, be able to manage several projects at once, and have a permanent UK work permit. • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. • Have significant quality engineering or assurance experience in an electro‑mechanical assembly environment. • Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead small teams or moderate‑scope initiatives. • Capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. • Possess a permanent UK work permit.
