About the Role
As a member of the Southeast Regional Design Technology Studio, you will research, promote, and strategically implement the region’s digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Regional Design Technology Director, you will provide technical leadership, align digital solutions with project and client priorities, and advance computational thinking across all project phases. You will develop and execute the region’s Design Technology strategy, support R&D and innovation, elevate computational and generative design capabilities, and ensure cross‑platform integration from concept to delivery. Additional duties include creating a brand for Southeast Design Technology, leading cultural and technical training, and championing digital transformation throughout the region. • Lead strategic development and implementation of regional Design Technology initiatives. • Drive research, promotion, and adoption of computational and generative design tools. • Integrate cross‑platform digital workflows from concept through construction delivery. • Establish and nurture the Southeast Design Technology brand and ecosystem. • Design and deliver cultural, process‑driven, and technical training programs. • Build and support AI‑powered visualization pipelines and VR/AR experiences. • Develop and maintain plug‑ins, utilities, and collaboration platforms with software teams. • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and documentation to project teams. • Champion digital transformation and cultural change across the region. • Collaborate with regional leaders to define the Design Technology roadmap. • Apply expertise in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Navisworks, Grasshopper, Dynamo and AI technologies.

What You Bring
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and 10‑15 years of AEC experience. Candidates must have deep knowledge of design delivery to fabrication, proven leadership in design technology initiatives, and expertise with tools such as Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Navisworks, Grasshopper, Dynamo and AI/visualization pipelines. • Possess 10‑15 years of AEC experience, strong storytelling, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
