About the Role
The Field Safety Representative II promotes the company's IIF culture by ensuring every co‑worker returns home safely each night. The role requires 100 % field time observing and coaching co‑workers on correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors, and may include supervising lower‑level Field Safety Representatives and Coordinators. The representative reinforces positive behavior through recognition or rewards, serves as a safety resource, and embeds within the project team to improve safety, quality, and productivity. • Promote the company's IIF culture by providing a safety resource on the project. • Assist in project compliance with all safety rules and regulations. • Assist with or conduct case management. • Ensure a safe work environment. • Participate in training and certifications.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a safety‑related field and at least 2 years of concrete construction and safety experience, or an equivalent education/experience mix. • Obtain OSHA 30‑hour certification within three months.
