About the Role
Caregivers assist residents with daily activities outlined in each care plan, including personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and participation in activities. They also escort residents to meals and outings, ensure residents are clean, appropriately dressed, safe, and comfortable, and document all services provided during their shift. • Provide bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per resident care plans • Maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality • Escort residents to meals and activity locations • Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, groomed, and fed during shifts • Document all services rendered to assigned residents each shift • Report any changes in resident condition promptly to supervisor

What You Bring
Candidates must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide, with experience working with the elderly; dementia experience is preferred. The role requires physical abilities such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and using proper body mechanics. • Hold CNA or Certified Home Health Aide certification • Prefer experience with elderly populations, especially dementia • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, and lift up to 50 lb using proper body mechanics

The Caregiver role reports to the Health & Wellness Director and is a non‑exempt, hourly position. Full‑time schedules are 7 am‑3 pm or 3 pm‑11 pm; part‑time is 7 am‑3 pm. The hourly wage ranges from $21.00 to $21.10.
