About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of a project—from concept, planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start‑up, testing, initial operation, to close‑out. The role supports business development by shaping technical and pricing strategies, preparing proposals, and communicating with customers. It also ensures budgets, schedules, performance, and quality are managed to meet contract requirements, safety standards, and customer expectations. • Assist business development with win plans, execution and proposal strategies; develop and negotiate prime contracts, ensuring clear division of responsibilities. • Create integrated project organizational structure; define and communicate roles and responsibilities to ensure safe, on‑budget, on‑schedule delivery. • Define scope and objectives; develop execution and contract management plans; obtain team and customer concurrence; promote constructability reviews. • Monitor contractual commitments; implement change management system; ensure timely processing of change orders and document customer communications. • Lead development and use of project execution reviews and control systems to track performance and trigger corrective actions. • Identify and implement quality processes; regularly assess customer perception of quality. • Oversee EHS program for office and field; ensure designs comply with applicable regulations. • Manage document control and records; coordinate final turnover package meeting customer standards. • Review and approve major purchase orders, contracts, and subcontract bid tabulations and critical changes. • Prepare and present project status reports to Lemartec. • Monitor cash flow and inform customer of cash needs; control non‑reimbursable cost budget. • Train new project managers and personnel; develop training plans. • Promote continuous improvement, total installed cost management, and team building. • Conduct regular project and customer meetings; develop and execute communication plan. • Document turnover activities, obtain final customer acceptance, and submit final project report. • Serve as primary contact for customers, Lemartec, suppliers, subcontractors, and agencies.

Benefits
This is a travel‑intensive position, with up to 100 % time on‑site across the United States, typically spending 6–8 months per project in states such as NC, VA, GA, TX, FL, IA, and WY. Eligible employees receive per‑diem, relocation assistance, a vehicle allowance, and a home‑rotation weekend each month. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 + annually, with merit increases, 401(k) matching, an employee stock purchase plan, and flexible spending accounts.
