Lead electrical engineering projects, supervise staff, and manage client & construction coordination.

About the Role
• Lead and supervise coordination meetings and staff tasks. • Provide objective employee evaluations periodically. • Act as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects. • Assist Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring. • Coordinate and assign engineering projects, including system design and project engineering. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Manage construction administration duties such as field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda. • Prepare monthly project invoices with accounting and monitor receivables. • Oversee correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Contribute to firmwide Expert Teams committee. • Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. • Prepare proposals and administer project contracts and service agreements. • Supervise preparation of analysis and reports of system options and building conditions.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. • Professional Engineer (PE) registration. • 10+ years of consulting firm experience in MEP engineering, preferably with critical facilities and healthcare projects. • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience. • Hands‑on design experience with CAD/Revit and ability to direct CAD/Revit staff.
