About the Role

The Senior Project Manager mentors Project Managers and Associates, conducts site reconnaissance and sampling, interviews owners and officials, and documents conditions with photographs. They provide timely customer service, execute project tasks, perform research, compile data, author technical reports, and maintain clear communication with the Director and client. Planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones, as well as delivering recommendations and progress updates, are also essential duties. • Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) per ASTM Phase I standards and applicable regulations, including cleanup option evaluation, risk assessment analysis, and cost recommendations.

What You Bring

Candidates must have 8+ years of recent experience conducting or managing ESAs, PCAs, PCNAs, or related engineering and architectural consulting projects, including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and HUD scopes. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, architecture, or a construction‑related field is required, with professional licensure (RA, PG, PE) and EP designation strongly preferred. Familiarity with ASTM E1527‑21, ASTM E2018‑24, and basic civil, structural, and geotechnical principles is essential. The position requires a valid state driver’s license and involves 40‑60 % travel, primarily within the assigned region and occasional national trips. Candidates must be able to navigate site properties in varied weather conditions and climb ladders, while being comfortable using mobile technology and MS Office tools. Core competencies include problem solving, leading project components, guiding junior staff, analysis, and reporting. A collaborative, positive attitude and a commitment to respect, responsiveness, and a ‘people first’ culture are expected. • Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs) following ASTM standards and regulations, covering Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD requirements.
