About the Role

In this role, you will track and support the installation contract business, handling accounts receivable and payable, billing, collections, and subcontract processing. You will provide backup customer call handling, maintain project and labor schedules, run query reports, reconcile costs, and prepare necessary billing documentation such as certified payroll. You will answer customer and subcontractor inquiries, resolve or appropriately escalate issues, and proactively contact customers to ensure satisfaction and timely payment. Responsibilities also include processing invoice credits and rebills, updating customer account information, supporting the subcontract process for safety and bonding requirements, and assisting installation teams to achieve revenue goals. • Track and support installation contracts, managing accounts receivable/payable, billing, and collections. • Respond to customer and subcontractor inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate project schedules. • Generate reports, reconcile labor and material costs, and process invoice credits and rebills. • Assist installation teams to meet revenue goals and provide additional operational administrative support.

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of related experience, preferably in a technical environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and internet business applications. An associate degree and basic project accounting knowledge are preferred. • Require high school diploma (or equivalent) plus 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.
