About the Role

• Provide practice support and subject matter expertise to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders and Employees on immigration, assignments, relocations, remote work, and business travel for the Asia Pacific region. • Coordinate and track company‑sponsored immigration cases, including new applications, extensions, and cancellations, and deliver regular visa population reports to internal stakeholders. • Manage service delivery and performance of external immigration and relocation providers to ensure quality, timeliness, and a positive employee experience. • Prepare cost estimates and packages for assignments/relocations and partner with Business Leaders and HR to apply consistent Global Mobility practices. • Maintain ongoing communication with employees and stakeholders throughout immigration or mobility processes to deliver exceptional customer service. • Provide ongoing education to internal stakeholders on Global Mobility matters, immigration developments, and company processes. • Partner with the business, supported by the Global Mobility Operations Manager, to give responsive, time‑critical advice on overseas bids and new assignment enquiries. • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Accounting and Legal to ensure effective administration and governance of assignments, relocations, remote work, and business travel. • Serve as the Asia Pacific point of contact for International Remote work requests. • Participate in and support Global Mobility projects and initiatives. • Ensure appropriate records, files and databases are maintained. • Provide clear, pragmatic advisory support to internal stakeholders. • Handle assignments/relocations to locations without established processes or prior assignments. • Deliver exceptional customer service with a mindset for continuous improvement. • Apply effective organizational and time‑management skills. • Maintain high attention to detail, accuracy, and quality while managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. • Provide learning and talent development programs, including global programmes, online learning, and on‑the‑job training. • Provide professional memberships. • Support mental health and wellbeing programs. • Recognize service with awards.

What You Bring

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience working with the Australian immigration framework, including managing employer‑sponsored visas. • Possess strong working knowledge of the Australian immigration framework and manage end‑to‑end sponsorship obligations. • Demonstrate Global Mobility expertise across the Asia Pacific region; experience with India assignments is advantageous. • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, and manage sensitive documentation. • Work effectively at all organizational levels and across functional areas. • Navigate ambiguity and use sound judgment to resolve complex issues. • Work independently and collaboratively with high initiative and accountability.
