About the Role

• Conduct land surveys using various equipment and techniques • Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points and reference ties • Generate new data from photogrammetric records • Verify survey measurements and calculations for accuracy • Prepare sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions • Calculate terrain characteristics such as heights, depths, and property lines • Coordinate with contractors and team members on priorities and schedules • Perform regular checks of contractors’ setting out to ensure proper execution • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment • Apply on‑site safety and quality control procedures • Monitor construction health and safety, reporting violations • Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to certify work performed • Communicate findings with engineering, architectural, client, and stakeholder teams

What You Bring

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor for our Dubai office to support construction and development projects. The role involves conducting accurate land surveys, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports that inform engineering and architectural decisions. • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field • Professional surveyor license or certification • Proven land‑surveying experience with strong accuracy and efficiency • Proficiency with modern surveying equipment, GPS, GIS, and surveying software • Strong mathematical, analytical, and technical drawing interpretation skills • Knowledge of UAE land laws, construction, and engineering principles • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus • Prior experience in the Middle East or UAE, especially Dubai • RTA pre‑approved status
