About the Role
The Stationary Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe operation of stationary equipment at recycling facilities, haul/collection sites, or transfer stations, ensuring waste and other materials are transferred, loaded, and compacted efficiently and safely. Key duties include performing pre‑ and post‑operation equipment inspections, operating machinery such as forklifts, excavators, bulldozers, front‑end loaders, sweepers, and balers, monitoring waste streams, loading transfer trucks, watching for hazards, maintaining equipment readiness, performing minor service tasks, completing condition reports, and adhering to all safety policies.

What You Bring
Qualifications require at least two years of heavy‑equipment operation experience, one year on OSHA‑regulated sites, valid training certificates and licenses, strong customer service, effective time management, reliable follow‑through, strict adherence to company policies, and pride in workmanship.
