About the Role

The role focuses on leading and driving EH&S initiatives on site, ensuring compliance with client and JLL requirements, and conducting risk assessments with control measures. It also involves incident management, training vendors and site teams, guiding operations on legislative changes, and developing processes to track regulatory compliance across locations. Coordination with the Facility Manager and Corporate EHS Manager is required to achieve annual compliance sign‑off. JLL takes responsibility for protecting personal information collected during the recruitment process, securing data with appropriate measures and retaining it only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal reasons before safe deletion. The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Sc. degree, possesses knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and has a diploma in health & safety. Experience includes waste, sewage, and water‑treatment plant operations, a solid understanding of EH&S regulations, and 4–5 years of developing, implementing, and auditing EH&S management in a multinational or consulting environment.
