About the Role
The Front Desk Agent ensures memorable guest interactions, manages reservations and unit availability, processes invoices and payments, handles housekeeping and maintenance requests, keeps the front desk stocked, and provides information on local attractions and resort amenities, while also supporting additional tasks from management. • Ensure every interaction with owners or guests is positive and memorable during check‑in, check‑out, and request handling • Generate invoices, collect payments for rentals and merchandise, and maintain safety deposit boxes • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact appropriate departmental personnel • Prepare and restock front‑desk supplies, including assembling arrival packets • Provide information on area attractions and resort amenities

What You Bring
The role is open to all U.S. hourly employees not covered by a labor union. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication skills, open and flexible availability, multitasking ability, cash handling and data entry experience, and prior customer service background. Preferred qualifications are hospitality experience, front‑desk history, and bilingual ability. • High school diploma or equivalent • Proficient English interpersonal skills, both verbal and written • Open availability to adjust schedule and cover shifts on short notice • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet organizational demands • Prior cash handling and data entry experience • Previous customer service experience • Prior hospitality or related experience (preferred) • Previous front‑desk or relevant work history (preferred) • Bilingual ability (preferred)
