What You Bring
We seek dedicated catering assistants who take pride in delivering high‑quality food and service. Responsibilities include assembling, preparing and producing meals under the direction of the Chef Manager or Head Chef, maintaining cleanliness in food preparation and dining areas, adhering to the HACCP Food Safety Plan, completing documentation accurately and operating kitchen equipment safely while keeping it clean and well‑maintained. The successful candidate must hold a Certificate II or higher in Commercial Cookery and possess strong written and verbal communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal abilities, along with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to outstanding results for Spotless and our client. • Certificate II in Kitchen Operations (or higher) – mandatory • Valid food safety certificates • Prior commercial kitchen experience • Knowledge of HACCP food safety guidelines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
