About the Role

• Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow‑up on client questions, problems, or malfunctions for all company‑installed systems, applications, hardware and software. • Participate in telephone support rotation, delivering remote assistance to users across the Group. • Assist with user account administration, including onboarding, off‑boarding and access control. • Document problems and solutions in the Service Desk ticketing system. • Maintain inventory of IT assets and support lifecycle management. • Contribute to knowledge‑base development for recurring issues and support documentation. • Inform management of potential problems and identify problem trends. • Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, etc. • Install, configure, maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software. • Provide videoconference administration and support as needed. • Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or specialized teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a track record of commitment to prior employers. • Experience in corporate IT or Service Desk roles. • Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments. • Experience supporting Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft Office 365. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and lift/move equipment up to 20 kg. • Additional languages desirable (French, German, Spanish or Italian). • O365 administration experience. • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS). • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc.). • Experience supporting mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
