About the Role

The employee will read and interpret wiring schematics, drawings, and bills of material, and build components of both standard and engineered-to-order products using hand tools, torque drivers, and pneumatic tools. Work will be guided by manufacturing information such as Kanban cards, material requisitions, and oral or written instructions. They will perform equipment set‑ups, conduct minor troubleshooting, and carry out routine preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance of all manufacturing equipment. Quality criteria will be met by reviewing documents, ensuring proper assembly, and using a quality verification checklist. The role requires compliance with all safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe operation of equipment. The assigned work area must be kept clean, organized, and orderly in accordance with 5S standards, and the employee will participate in Lean initiatives. • Assemble components using hand, torque, and pneumatic tools • Follow Kanban cards and material requisitions for production • Set up equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform preventative maintenance • Validate quality through documentation review and checklists • Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE • Maintain a 5S‑compliant, organized workspace • Engage in Lean initiatives to improve processes
