Manage site delivery for a major water pipeline project in Southampton.

About the Role
• Lead general site management and deliver the programme to plan. • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards. • Maintain accurate site diaries and project documentation. • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, stakeholders and internal teams. • Provide weekly and monthly progress and performance reports. • Oversee a section of works, supervising the site team and supply chain. • Deliver RAMS, permits, inductions and safety briefings effectively. • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inspections to BMS requirements. • Manage and update QA documentation and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

What You Bring
The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager for its Environment Business Division on the Southern Water Framework. The role is based in Southampton and focuses on a major cross‑country pipeline project that directly influences outcomes for local communities and the environment. • Proven experience at Site Manager level with HNC/HND or higher qualification. • Strong engineering/construction knowledge and understanding of legislation, standards and CDM requirements. • Experience in water or wastewater treatment or similar engineering sectors. • Confident IT skills, including Excel and document management systems. • Strong communication, problem‑solving and people‑management capabilities. • Relevant certifications: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, IOSH (Environmental or equivalent). • Beneficial qualifications: Temporary Works Coordinator, Water Hygiene, EUSR 1 & 2 / USC.
